PRIVACY POLICY

Now; we understand that people are thinking more about their personal data and how it could be abused and sold off without your knowledge or consent. So we work hard to maintain the trust and confidence of our clients, contacts, subscribers and visitors. We do not sell or trade any contact information with other organisations and businesses for marketing purposes. That would be rude and generally regarded as ‘not cool’. So, in this Privacy Policy, we've provided lots of detailed information on when and why we collect your personal information, how we use it and how we keep it secure. Read on!

COLLECTION & USE OF PERSONAL DATA

First things First. As part of the process for Design commissions; ordering a product; sponsorship; making an inquiry; and the subscription process for our newsletters & marketing emails we collect your personal information. We use that information for a number of reasons: to communicate with you about the work (including the creation of contracts and/or invoices); to inform you about order information and progress; to tell you about stuff you’ve asked us to tell you about; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are right and to check every now and then that you’re still cool with us. We do not sell or trade any of your contact information (including names, phone numbers and email lists) with other organisations and businesses.

When someone visits www.harriartgraphicdesign.co.uk we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site and their locations. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website. For more information, please see Google’s privacy policy.

We also use Meta Business Suite as a way to collect details of demographics and visitor behaviour patterns on Facebook and Instagram. We do this to find out things such as actions on posts and demographics such as age, gender and location where appropriate. We do not make any attempt to find out the identities of those using Facebook or Instagram in this manner. For more information, please see Meta's data protection policy.

MAILING LISTS

We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our email updates and newsletters. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks to help us monitor and improve our correspondence. For more information, please see MailChimp’s privacy policy.

ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL DATA

You are entitled to view, amend, or delete the personal information that we hold. Email your request to us directly at hmsproductions@live.co.uk

UNSUBSCRIBING

Had enough? You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails or by emailing us directly at hmsproductions@live.co.uk
